How to achieve best results

Wet hair thoroughly. Then, massage the hair thickening shampoo into the roots, working down the length of the hair. Rinse thoroughly then apply the conditioner, focusing on the midshaft to ends. Leave for a minute or two. Rinse thoroughly.

This really depends on your hair type. You should avoid using the conditioner at the roots if your hair tends to be oily, as this may increase the regularity of greasy hair. Always make sure to rinse the product through thoroughly.
